Hi, I’m Scott. 

I believe in the power of people in the workplace. 

I believe the organizations that win are those that pay deliberate attention to building an environment with happy, healthy, and productive colleagues. People have more choice today than ever before when it comes to how, where, and with whom they work. In a post pandemic world, people are exercising that right to chose en masse. As an employer, it is now basic table stakes that you understand the hyper personalized experience of your employees, and build mental wellbeing literacy and psychologically healthy workplace practices into your corporate culture.

My perspectives have been shaped over a 20+ year obsession with people and organizational culture. I am a business person first and foremost. My perspectives are shaped by experiences as human resource executive and a recognized big-4 management consultant. I am a former co-owner of one of the largest privately held integrated talent management firms in Canada. I’ve been educated in business, human resources, and change leadership at some of the most well regarded academic institutions in North America. I have helped large complex organizations across North America refine their human resource service delivery, improve their talent management strategies, and steward change amidst major organizational growth and people-based transformation.
